Connor Kakowski
Connor Kakowski is an assistant coach on the Mighty Macs' cross country team and the co-host of "Tuesday Talk."
Connor joined the cross country coaching staff following his 2026 graduation.
From 2022-26, Connor was a student-athlete on Immaculata's men's cross country and track and field teams.
As a student-athlete, Connor's accolades included 2022 & 2025 All-Atlantic East Conference Second Team (XC), 2024-26 AEC All-Academic Team (T&F), and 2022-26 AEC All-Academic Team (XC).
Outside of cross country and track and field, during Connor's undergraduate years, he worked as a student assistant for Immaculata's sports information department. He continues to help the department post-graduation.
Connor graduated from Immaculata in 2026, majoring in criminology and communications.
He resides in Delran, N.J.
