Kent Snoddy
Kent Snoddy is in his first season as the Mighty Macs' head men's lacrosse coach in 2026.
Snoddy steps into the role following a historic 2025 season as an assistant coach, where the Mighty Macs secured its first Atlantic East Conference Championship and NCAA Tournament appearance. His contributions to player development, game planning, and recruiting were instrumental to the team’s success.
Snoddy helped guide five defensive players to All-Conference honors, including three on the All-Atlantic East First Team. Aidan Lawrence was named Defensive Player of the Year under Snoddy’s tutelage in 2025. Immaculata had the highest save % of all conference teams at .594 %, as well as the second-lowest GAA at 9.56.
A 2023 Randolph College graduate, Snoddy was a four-year player and two-time captain of the Wildcats' men’s lacrosse team, later earning a Master of Teaching from UVA in 2024.
